This Wendy's is in desperate need of a renovation! When a restaurant is old and un-cared for like this one it reflects on the staff and the food and it definitely shows to the customer. Service can be very slow and the food tastes like it's been sitting a while. You're better off visiting another Wendy's like on West Palm Coast Parkway. This Wendy's is such a prime location so I wish the owners would make the investment to renovate it. KFC next door did and it's much busier. I guess they just rely on I-95 traffic.

This Wendy's is in desperate need of renovations. The building is old and rank and very outdated. Service slow and inaccurate. Staff seem to of lost all care and act like customers are a bother. I'm not a big fan of Wendy's food anyway but this is convenient. However, I'll not return again and take my chances at McDonald's or KFC. There's no wonder why the parking lot here is always empty.

This restaurant smells like mold, had dripping water from the ceiling. Is not clean. Staff is somewhat indifferent except for the drive thru ladies are very good. I do not go in because it smells and the old thing. In addition the fries are the worst. They keep the fryer oil so long the fries are never crisp or golden. That is due to old oil. I never get the fries anymore. This was pointed out yet after several visits it was never resolved. Salads are too expensive.

Very erratic service and food quality. Cleanliness is usually marginal. Avoid their grilled chicken sandwiches, as they are usually cold and chewy. Chili is good! They are understaffed for breakfast, since they don't seem very serious about competing in the breakfast market. I walked out the last time, after being the only one in line and being ignored for over 5 minutes. My dogs love the Double-Stacks, so I still use the drive through to buy them for the critters and chili and frosties for the humans. Don't go here unless you want a cheap quickie meal, with marginal quality.
