We've been coming to JT's for years and it has always been good for dinners, but I don't advise the brunch on Saturday and Sunday's! They give you a selection of 6 items, with no substitutions. If you're going to have a brunch put some effort into it!
We went to dinner with friends, they choose to go to Jt's Seafood Shack. My Wife will NOT eat Seafood, so she got a Hamburger at a Seafood Restaurant.
What a great surprise, she said it was "great best burger she has had". Fresh and Juicy, so I had to try it and she was correct it was great.
Not to take anything away from my tilapia sandwich because it was very good also. I know have a new burger place to take my wife, and be able to eat great fish.
Had the most fantastic fried oysters ever last April (2014). Had the oysters again in January 2015. The waiter explained that the good Florida oysters weren't in season at the time. Anyway, even if the oysters weren't as good as before, the service was friendly and prompt. The experience was very pleasant both times. The seafood and sides are very good. If you dine there when the really good oysters are in season, you'll say they are the best you ever had. It's one of those "best kept secrets".
