Hi - I've gone twice. The first time I did not think the owners or workers (can't tell) were very friendly, but the second time I went there was a young gentleman working there that was fantastic. Wish I would have gotten his name. He asked twice if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Coffee was just so so and not very hot when we went. Donuts are good though. Just wish the owners were a little more friendly and walked around like the gentleman did.

I am the owner of Swillerbees, I'm in the shop from 2am-4pm daily. Chances are we haven't spoken because I'm usually at the decorating table, beautifying donuts! It takes a lot on the weekends to keep production going, for Joey and I step away it can sometimes be a time issue.
We really make sure that our staff is full of smiling faces and customer service driven. My husband is usually at the fryer making donuts while our lovely staff is taking care of our customers.
Bryce is the young man that asked how you were, he is a real gem. I will pass along your great review of him.
My husband are very active in our community and never shy away from the public, next time you stop by say hello to Joey and Shannon!
I frequent Swillerbees regularly - coffee, donuts and atmosphere are all great - my only issue is that they are clearly unprepared for their popularity. With more than an hour left in their stated opening hours, they are frequently out of donuts. Better to bake a few more than see potential customers turn around and walk out the door. I sat drinking coffee and saw a total 15 customers walk away in the space of 20 minutes

Thanks for the great review, Being newly open we are learning the daily and weekly trends for donut numbers. It just so happens if you were here on a Sunday afternoon and we had already gone through a massive amount of donuts !
We are making great strides every day to provide fresh quality products and stellar service. I hope to see you again and value your wonderful input
This is a nice establishment to visit to support a small town business. The doughnuts were good but only the toppings made them different from each other. The staff was nice but seemed inexperienced with more than one customer at a time.

Thanks for stopping by the shop, sorry to hear your experience was less than... We recently hired a few new faces to prepare for the summer.
Stop back by so we can provide the excellent customer service we are known for.
My wife and I tried this place twice so far and we liked it both times. We were looking for a good coffee shop with something sweet as a pick me up in the mid afternoon. This place filled that need. The coffee, being the most important thing for me, was great. We will continue to support this cute little place. We also found everyone pleasant, smiling and attentive. Flagler needed a good coffee place as good as Panera. We prefer this place. As a suggestion, buttered rolls or bagels would compliment this place as well.

Thank you for taking the time to write a great review!
We take a lot pride in our products. It warms my heart to hear our coffee met your expectations!
We hope to see you again!
Great donuts and variety but the menu is misleading and the service isn't very helpful. When I first arrived, a very young girl was putting donuts on display and ignoring me. I stood there smiling at her and she continued and did not say anything. I started to think I was standing in the wrong area. After she finished placing each one and ignoring me, she looked at me confused and asked if I wanted donuts. I told her I wasn't sure where I should order and she continued to stare at me blankly. I told her it was my first time here and she continued to stare. They advertise half a dozen donuts at the top of their menu in big print for only $5, but that is only for the original/basic donuts like chocolate or plain. The actual price of 99% of their menu is $10 for half a dozen, so I accidentally spent more than I intended to.
The owner of the shop rang me up and when I was confused by the price, he also stared, and I very awkwardly paid and sat down to try and enjoy my donuts. They were delicious, but I hurried to eat them and leave because I didn't feel very welcome with no smiles or friendliness to be found from the staff. I am hesitant to return.

After reading this review, there are quite a few things wrong with it.
Our prices and menus are clearly written and understandable. No where on our menus is anything written in big print for 5.00 or 10.00. A 1/2 box of mixed or all funky is 7.25 A full box of mixed or all funky is 14.00 If a customer chooses to purchase all classics, they are .95 each or if they choose to purchase a funky those run 1.50 each.
We have a high sneeze guard ( state requirement) it can often be loud in the shop when the music is playing, hood fan and customers enjoying themselves. Perhaps she didn't understand you or hear you.Often, we allow folks to take a minute to take in all the donuts and then ask if they are ready. I do apologize if you were made to feel uncomfortable. Joey the co-owner is an outgoing well spoken person that often asks if this is your fist time in the shop or how did you hear about us. We pride ourselves on making everyone feel welcomed and at home. Again, I do apologize if you were made to feel awkward. If pictures are needed of our menus, I will gladly provide those.
My only complaint about this place is that it's not in Palm Coast! Very creative and unique selection and all I had tasted amazing. Cool and hip type atmosphere with great coffee. Well worth checking out!
