Have never been to this place so we decided to go. Waited for a while before we were seated and then we sat and talked waiting for a server.... Noticed several servers at the bar chatting and playing "Grab Ass". No one ever came to our table so the four of us just got up and left..As we were leaving we were approached by one of the servers. We just kept on moving out the door... never to return !! j

Visited on Friday night which was not too busy. The girls that greeted us were very nice and seated us in the bar area. Took a while to be acknowledged by a server but once he did, he was friendly and knowledgeable and offered advice. He bought water but our cocktails took forever, and looking over at the bar they had one barman who was busy chatting. We hadn't been to Carrabba's for a few years and really noticed a difference in prices. For a chain restaurant they have become expensive! We wanted a pitcher of Sangria but $32 is ridiculous! Food took a while to arrive but it was good. Our Caprese appetizer was especially good. Overall a good meal but the bar was the biggest hold up... every drink ordered was very slow coming out although they do have some good in-house cocktails. Also, if you're vegetarian lie my wife, choices are very limited here and even their marinara sauce contains anchovies.

Visited last night with work co-workers and we all had great meals. Server was busy keeping us happy and all our food tasted great and was hot and fresh, but my soup was too salty for me. A couple of our drinks were weak tasting but the Sangria was excellent. Busy atmosphere and prices fair. Use the online service before you go for getting seated faster.

We haven't been here for a couple of years and stopped in the other day for a quick bite and had a great time. We sat at the bar and just had appetizers and a spaghetti with Sangria and everything went down really well. Food was fresh and no complaints and Sangria was one of the best I've had. I won't leave it so long next time.

Highlight of visit: Sangria and calamari.

We don't visit here too often but always had a good experience whenever we have. Food is a little 'rich' for me so I usually just pick the more plain dishes such as the spaghetti with tomato sauce. My wife usually gets the Chicken Bryan which she always enjoys, and the starter salads are fresh and crisp. It does get busy during peak times but that just adds to the atmosphere. They also have some good specials that are worth signing up for. Sangria Sundays are good value. Servers are courteous and speedy.

What is it with this restaurant ,salad came after the main dinner and the salad had no dressing on it, only cheese. I am trying because it's the best restaurant in Palm Coast. This is the 4th time we had problems, such as no sauce on the pasta, hard to get butter for the bread and cold dinner. Please stop saying your sorry, sorry Per Chris Herrera or Keith White and so on "do something " I want to come back but its a problem.

When I said above that Carrabba's was the best restaurant in Palm Coast, the key is 'was', I hope it will be again, but its not now. Service is fine, for the most part the food is very good, Its timing. It would be nice if the salad came before dinner plus when you ask for extra something it came with the meal. I don't understand why its so hard to get it right. Perhaps the MGR. needs to take a harder look at the problem and stop coming over to the tables and running our dinner with friends.

I am not a big fan of the chains but one thing I expect from them is consistency and after about 3 or 4 visits here, they are not consistent. Each visit felt like a different experience where something was always wrong or staff member made us feel uneasy. Our visits have been weeks if not months apart so there wasn't any staff we recognized from before. The food portions have become smaller and the one appetizer and dish I particularly like is the calamari and the Chicken Bryan. The calamari on our last visit on Sunday was a lot smaller than before and was just like a bunch of tiny overly fried pieces. The Chicken Bryan was OK but didn't seem as tasty as I remembered. My husband, however, really liked his Veal Marsala and the barman made good cocktails. Server had a bit of an attitude and prices getting too high for reduced portion sizes. It is a nice restaurant inside though and we do like the atmosphere.

Highlight of visit: They make a great martini :-)

Service at Carrabba's has deteriorated significantly in recent months. The food remains excellent thanks to the great kitchen staff, but management seems to be oblivious to customer service. We've been ignored multiple times while service staff are "busy" on their cell phones or chatting in a corner, and management walks around aimlessly. Tables are left dirty, no drinks are offered, etc. Sitting at the bar with the attentive and pleasant bartenders appears to be the best option at this point. Kudos to Tara who provides exceptional service.

My wife and I were completing a doctor visit and decided to stop at our Palm Coast Carrabba's Grill for a late lunch.

We eat fairly often at Carrabba's both in Palm Coast and St. Augustine, Fl. We have never felt so unwanted, disregarded and disrespected as we were on April 26, 2017.

Upon arriving and entering we had to wait several minutes before someone in the rear of the restaurant noticed us and came to the hostess station. I asked for a table on the patio because of the pleasant weather.

The hostess seated us, gave us menu's an walked away without a word or knowledge of who would be our server. We sat patiently for 10 plus minutes, observed two female servers tending other tables without ever glancing our way or inquiring if we had been served yet.

I did hear one say to a table behind that seated after us, "I will be with you in a minute" or a similar phrase. Still no one acknowledged our presence and at the 15 minute mark we decided our patronage was unwanted and we would not be served on this day at Carrabba's. So we left had lunch at The Olive Garden instead.

We have never felt so humiliated or unwanted at a local eatery and never expected it to happen during a visit to Carrabba's. We hope this not going to become the norm and force to drive 25 miles to St. Augustine to enjoy Carrabba's cuisine.

I would have given a higher service rating but our server during our recent visit needs some training. On the other hand the food and atmosphere, as usual was great. Four of us recently dined at Carrabba's arriving around 7;15 and were promptly seated in a nice booth. Our waitress took our drink and food order but after the food arrived she failed to come by to ask how everything was and she never asked if we needed refills on our drinks (which we did). The restaurant was NOT crowded and she was serving one other table of 4 that was next to us but each time she passed our table, she never even looked to see if we needed anything. She was pleasant but unattentive and yet I left a 20% tip but if she's there next time we dine at Carrabba's I hope we have a more attentive waiter/'waitress like we usually find..

Although I am not a fan of chain restaurants, I like to support the locals.. However, last night's visit to PC Carrabba's was not a pleasant experience. The Amici sent a promotional special and I invited friends and we all looked forward to this. Once seated the waitress said, "I'm sorry, that is only for one person in your party" I asked where it said that, and the answer was, "we made a mistake and have had to deal with this all evening". Needless to say, not only was it a disappointment, but embarrassing. A couple examples of what we ordered, (stay away from chicken dishes as the salt will curl your hair), one Talapia dish was very good. Oh, and the beer that went with it was not only expensive, but served in the bottle and my friend had to ask for a glass. Dining out should be a pleasant experience and it takes very little to differentiate from the ordinary. Food was luke warm and service was so fast, she was taking things from the table before completely finished, same with the check, first that tacky question, 'do you need change?" not really, not from a credit card, and once signed, while talking there she was again, reaching across the table, "I'll take that for you" We've tried it before and experienced the super salty chicken dishes, but now we're done, 3 strikes and you are out! Sorry to have to relay this but if enough people speak up, maybe management will check what leaves the kitchen and give some common sense training to the wait staff.

This took place end of May.. I notice my comments were removed.. hmmmm
